Investor Hub Access – Worldsource Wealth Management Members
Note: If you're a member under Worldsource Financial Management, please refer to the Worldsource View for access.
Steps to Register for Investor Hub
- Go to the Worldsource Investor Hub registration page
- Enter your email
- Type the email and phone on file to access your Investor Hub account.
- Click Send verification code.
- Check your email
- We will send a verification code to the email address you entered.
- Copy or make note of the code.
- Verify your email
- Enter the code in the Verification code field and click Verify code.
- If you didn’t receive a code, select Send new code.
- Note: Any previous code is invalid once a new code is sent.
- Confirmation
- If the code is correct, a confirmation screen appears.
- Click Continue.
- Verify your phone number
- You must also verify the phone number on file.
- Choose between the following options:
- Text me - Receive a code by SMS
- Call me - Receive a phone call with instructions.
- Enter the phone code
- We will use the phone number you had on file.
- Enter the code you received and click Verify code. If you didn’t get a code, select request a new code.
- Note: A newly requested code replaces any previous code.
- Confirmation
- If the code is correct, a confirmation screen appears confirming your identity.
- Click Continue.
- Set up multi-factor authentication (MFA)
- For your security, you will be asked to set up multi-factor authentication.
- You have the option of using a phone number or the Microsoft Authenticator app.
- Choose which method you wish you use and follow the on-screen prompts.
- Select Continue to proceed.
- If you select phone number, you will follow the same steps above (Step 6 and Step 7).
- You may use the same phone number you have on file.
- If you select Microsoft Authenticator app follow these steps:
- Download the Microsoft Authenticator app from the AppStore or Google Play.
- Create an account.
- Point your mobile phone camera at the QR code displayed on your computer. Your device camera will scan the QR code automatically.
- Click Continue.
- Enter the code that appears on your Microsoft Authenticator app then click Verify code.
- For your security, you will be asked to set up multi-factor authentication.
- Create your password
- Create a password by entering it in Enter new password field and then again in Confirm new password field.
- Review the Investor Hub privacy policy, check the box to confirm your agreement, then click
Continue. - Password parameters: 8-64 characters, containing 3 of 4 of the following:
- Lowercase characters, Uppercase characters, Digits (0-9), One or more following symbols: @ # % ^ & * - _ + = [ ] { } | \ : ‘ , ? / ` ~ “ ( ) ; .
- Log into the site
- Once you have completed the registration process you will be automatically logged into the site.
- Once you have registered, you can access the Investor Hub
- Login using your username and password
