2021 Board of Directors Election
It’s time to cast your vote for this year’s Board of Directors election through our online voting platform or by placing your completed ballot in the mail. Voting will be available from March 29, 2021, at 8:00 am Pacific Standard Time (PST) and closes on April 21, 2021, at 5:00 pm PST.

The Board of Directors is asking for members’ support to make amendments to the Coast Capital Savings Federal Credit Union Rules. Read the specific proposed amendments to the Credit Union Rules which are noted in red font to sections 14, 15, 16, and Rules 18.9 (c)(iii) and 18.13.

By casting your vote in the 2021 Board of Directors Election, you elect your fellow Coast Capital members to take a seat on our Board of Directors.
You can vote digitally by taking the 15-digit control number on your mailed ballot and logging in to our online voting platform. You can also use the paper ballot that was mailed to you and drop it off at any Canada Post mailbox.
Results of the election, appointment of auditor and special resolutions will be announced at the virtual Annual General and Special Meeting on Thursday, April 29, 2021. Results will also be posted on this website and displayed in our branches following the meeting.
