2023 Board of Directors Election and Ordinary Resolution
When you join Coast Capital, you automatically become a member when you purchase $5 in membership equity shares. This means that you, along with all other members, have a voice in our credit union, equal access to all the services we offer, and the right to vote on certain decisions impacting the credit union’s operations.
It’s time to cast your vote for this year’s Board of Directors election. Voting will be available from March 27, 2023, at 8:00 am Pacific Time (PT) and will close on April 18, 2023, at 5:00 pm Pacific Time (PT). How to vote
By casting your vote in the 2023 Board of Directors Election, you elect your fellow Coast Capital members to take a seat on our Board of Directors.
- You can vote digitally by taking the 15-digit control number on your mailed ballot and logging in to our online voting platform.
- You can also vote using the paper ballot that was mailed to you and drop it off at any Canada Post mailbox. Ballots must be received by the Returning Officer by April 18, 2023, at 5:00 pm Pacific Time (PT).
If you did not receive a paper ballot in the mail, or if you lost or misplaced your ballot or personalized 15-digit control number, please contact the Coast Capital Advice Centre or speak to your local branch representative for assistance.

2023 Annual General Meeting
