2025 Board Election and Annual General Meeting

Details on the date and location for Coast’s 2025 Board election and Annual General Meeting (AGM) are currently being finalized and will be shared at a later time. Coast Capital received Court approval to hold its 2025 Board election and AGM later this year to allow members and the organization to focus on the merger proposal with Prospera and Sunshine Coast credit unions.

In the meantime, Coast Capital members will vote on a merger proposal with Prospera and Sunshine Coast. These results will be announced at Coast Capital’s Special General Meeting, online and in branch on or before July 8, 2025. The date for Coast Capital’s Special General Meeting will be announced shortly.

2024 Annual General and Special Meeting

Coast Capital’s 2024 Annual General and Special Meeting (AGSM) was held on Thursday, April 25, 2024. Highlights from 2023 were shared by Board Chair, Bob Armstrong, and President and CEO, Calvin MacInnis, along with results of the Board of Directors election, appointment of auditor and voting results on the proposed Special and Ordinary Resolutions.
