eStatement Agreement

I understand that:

  • An "eStatement" is an electronic banking statement that is accessible through Coast Online banking.
  • An "eNotification" is an electronic notice that an eStatement has been made available to me through Coast Online banking. 
  • All members receiving eStatements may request to receive eNotifications.
  • eNotifications are mandatory for any membership with a line of credit or variable rate fixed term credit that has consented to receiving eStatements.

Terms and Conditions

  • As eStatements are available online upon login to Coast Online banking, I acknowledge that I must maintain valid online banking access in order to retrieve eStatements.
  • eNotifications, if required or requested, will be sent via the email address on file with Coast Capital Savings® Credit Union (CCS) when an eStatement is available.
  • I agree to notify CCS of any changes to my email address. Failure to provide CCS with a valid email address may result in disruption to my eStatement delivery, and may require paper statements to be mailed. Standard paper statement charges apply.
  • eStatements will be retained and available for 7 years, and thereafter, I am responsible for retaining a copy of any documents.
  • I agree to notify CCS of any errors found on an eStatement per the Personal Account and Services Agreement or Business Account and Services Agreement (copies available on
  • Consent to eStatements and eNotifications takes effect immediately, although depending on my statement date, I may receive one more paper statement by mail.
  • I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time by signing a corresponding Opt Out form and returning the same to CCS.

If for any reason CCS is unable to provide an eStatement, CCS reserves the right to provide a paper statement.
