We’ll walk you through how to create your username, password and set your contact information where you’re receive one-time security codes. Have your PAN (last 8 digits of your debit card) and PAC (personal access code) handy and we’ll walk you through the rest.

Please note: For existing members, when it’s time for you to upgrade you'll receive a notification when you log in to online banking on desktop, or you’ll get a prompt to download our new app. For new members, you’ll follow these instructions when you first login to our app or online banking.





Getting started on a mobile phone?


1. Download our new app

It’s available on Apple's App Store and Google's Play Store. Look for an app with the white box.


2. Log in on the new app
Open the new app and enter your current login credentials which are your PAN (the last 8 digits of your debit card) and PAC (7 digit Personal Access Code).
3 . Set up a username and password

Choose a unique username that you'll remember because once you create it, you can't change it. Choose a password with a minimum of 10 characters, one upper case letter and one special character.
4. Register your contact information.

Enter and validate your primary mobile number and email address. This is how we’ll send you one-time security codes to verify your ID during certain actions.
5. Enter the code
You'll receive a code via mobile text message or email. Enter that into the field. 

Please note: If you don't see an email in your inbox, make sure to check your junk folder.
6. Delete the old app
Now that you have the new app, it’s time to delete the old one if you were using it.

You're all set! You can now use the new digital banking experience.

Getting started on a desktop computer?


1. Sign in to Digital Banking

Enter your current login credentials. (PAN & PAC)
2. Set up a username and password

Choose a unique username that you'll remember because once you create it, you can't change it. Choose a password with a minimum of 10 characters, one upper case letter and one special character.
3. Register your contact information

Enter and validate your primary mobile number and email address. This is how we’ll send you one-time security codes to verify your ID during certain actions..
4. Enter the code
You'll receive a code via mobile text message or email. Enter that into the field.

5. Confirm login details
If everything is correct, click ‘Confirm’ to finalize your login. Now whenever you log in to online banking, you'll just use your new username and password.
6. Download the app
If you’d like to use our app on a mobile device, download it from Apple’s App Store or Google’s Play Store . Just look for the one with the white background, as the one with the blue background will no longer work.

Delegate access

It’s important for you to complete the set up as soon as you’re prompted to prevent any disruptions to delegate access. If your employees or delegates access your business banking on your behalf, they’ll be unable to any complete tasks until at least one signer has moved to the new digital banking experience.
