That’s why we offer our business members digital banking with convenient features customized specifically for them. So instead of waiting in line-ups, you’ll save time for the more important stuff.

Starting October 15, we’re enhancing our online and mobile banking experience to give your business the ability to do more with day-to-day banking. You’ll also benefit from enhanced online and mobile security, and more delegate functions.

Consolidated View:

  • One login to see both business & personal.
  • A menu item will allow you to easily toggle between personal and business memberships.
  • And there is no limit to the # of members you can consolidate.
  • They can access all memberships through on login and easily switch between them in the platform
  • If a member currently uses this feature in the current platform, it will need to be re-set up in the new platform after they migrate
  • Setting up a consolidation is easy! You simply need to enter the Username and Password of the membership you want to consolidation in and you are done


  • Delegates are individuals who are non-signers on a business who are granted access by a business signer to view account information and/or complete transactions.
  • With the new digital banking experience, business members will be able to delegate others to take control of some day-to-day business transactions, like paying bills on your behalf. Even if all your memberships are consolidated, you’ll be able to limit their access to just your business membership. Their passwords will be self-managed so they can change and update it themselves.

 Transaction Management:

  • Business Members with 2+ signer requirements and assigned delegates would use the ‘Pending Transaction’ portion of the platform to manage these transactions.
  • Business members can approve transactions on the fly – not just from their desktop, right from their mobile app as well.
  • Members can now initiative and complete dual signature transactions on business memberships – new functionality

Continue using your current online banking until you get a notification to start set up, or a prompt to download our new app if you’re using a mobile phone or tablet. If you have both personal and business banking with Coast Capital, you will be prompted to set up both at the same time. It’s important to complete the new set up as soon as you’re prompted to prevent any disruptions in service.
