Uploading your resume

Please upload your resume to your newly created profile. We want to learn more about you and what better way to start then with a copy of your career highlights? Please submit as a Word or PDF document.

My resume isn’t uploading properly

If you have uploaded your resume, the system should place the information in the resume text section. However, sometimes technology isn’t perfect. Sigh. So please fill in any blank fields to complete your online application.

I can’t remember my password

Use this password reset link. You will have to enter your email address to be sent an update link.

I need to change my email address

No need to create a new account as you can change your email address using the following steps:

  1. Log into the careers webpage using your ‘old’ email address and password
  2. Click Update My Information
  3. Update your email address in the Email Registration section
  4. Click Submit at the bottom of the page

I'm getting an Already Applied message

With some of our more popular and ongoing positions, like our Member Service Representatives, we keep the postings open indefinitely as we are always on the lookout for great people. If you previously applied for one of these positions, we have your resume and you are still eligible for consideration.

However, if you see a brand new position, please log in to our careers web page and submit your application for this new position.

We encourage you to regularly update your online profile to ensure all of your personal information is current.

How do I know my application was successfully received?

You'll receive a confirmation email letting you know your application was successfully submitted. Please check your spam or junk mail if you don’t receive anything within 24 hours. If you don’t receive an email, please email recruiters@coastcapitalsavings.comto double-check.
