Spread the wealth without leaving the house. You can move your money between your own accounts or to other Coast Capital members.
Transfer between your accounts
Transfer between your accounts In the Transfer section, go to Transfer Funds and simply select the accounts you want to transfer from and to, then input the amount. You can select Immediate to make a same-day transfer. You also have the option to select Scheduled or Recurring transfers.
You can even make an RRSP contribution by transferring into an existing RRSP Savings Account.
- The RRSP deadline for online contributions is 8:00 pm PT on March 2, 2020. Any contributions made after the 8pm cutoff will not be included with your first 60 days contribution.
- Transfers made after 8pm PT will immediately appear under the account activity but will be effective with the following day's date.
- If transferring to/from your Tax-Free Savings Account (TFSA) transfer, read the TFSA rules regarding the annual deposit limit. Withdrawals from a TFSA can not be re-contributed until the following year. TFSA plan owners can complete transfers online. Contact us if you need help.
It's quick and easy to transfer funds to another member: all you need is their membership number and we'll deposit the money into the lowest 12-digit chequing or savings account number of the destination membership.
Just log in to Online Banking and click Transfers to get started.
