Customize your online experience so it reflects your personality.
Please note: If you haven't migrated to the new digital banking experience, some of the help in these pages may not apply to you. If you have questions about online banking, give us a call 1.888.517.7000. When it's time to upgrade to the new digital banking experience, you'll receive a notification when you log in to online banking on desktop, or you’ll get a prompt to download our new app. Please continue using the old app until you are prompted to switch – if you download it beforehand, you’ll receive an error message. Once you accept the notification or download the app, we'll guide you through the setup process step-by-step. Learn more.
Change your profile picture
- Log in to Coast Capital digital banking.
- Click Personalize at the top left hand of your screen.
- Select Customize Profile Images.
- You can take a photo or upload one from your camera roll.
- Select the picture you want and your new profile picture is set.
Follow the same steps to change your background image on Coast Mobile® Banking.
Favourite transactions
With Coast Capital digital banking you can create favourite transactions to make repeat payments simple. Here’s how to set up a transfer as a favourite:
- Log in to Coast Capital digital banking.
- Perform a transaction by opening the menu and selecting Transfers.
- Select your account, the destination account, and the amount.
- Select continue once you have entered all the information.
- Confirm the transfer to complete it.
- Then select the Add to Favourites icon to mark this transaction as one you send consistently and regularly.
How to manage favourite transactions
- Log in to Coast Capital digital banking.
- Select Personalize and then click favourite transactions.
- Then select the favourite transaction you want to manage.
How to use your favourite transactions
- On desktop, your favourites will appear at the top of the Transfer Funds screen. Simply click the Favourite you’d like to use, and all of the fields will be pre-filled for you. You can change any details like From Account, amount, or the memo before submitting.
- On the mobile app, to use a Favourite simply tap on the star icon on the top right of the Transfers Funds page. You can edit any of the details before submitting.
