Please note: If you haven't migrated to the new digital banking experience, some of the help in these pages may not apply to you. Change your profile picture

  1. Log in to Coast Capital digital banking.
  2. Click Personalize at the top left hand of your screen.
  3. Select Customize Profile Images.
  4. You can take a photo or upload one from your camera roll.
  5. Select the picture you want and your new profile picture is set.

Favourite transactions

Set up favourite transactions

Learn how to set up your favourite transactions to make banking even easier.

With Coast Capital digital banking you can create favourite transactions to make repeat payments simple. Here’s how to set up a transfer as a favourite:

  1. Log in to Coast Capital digital banking.
  2. Perform a transaction by opening the menu and selecting Transfers.
  3. Select your account, the destination account, and the amount.
  4. Select continue once you have entered all the information.
  5. Confirm the transfer to complete it.
  6. Then select the Add to Favourites icon to mark this transaction as one you send consistently and regularly.

How to manage favourite transactions

  1. Log in to Coast Capital digital banking.
  2. Select Personalize and then click favourite transactions.
  3. Then select the favourite transaction you want to manage.

How to use your favourite transactions

  1. On desktop, your favourites will appear at the top of the Transfer Funds screen. Simply click the Favourite you’d like to use, and all of the fields will be pre-filled for you. You can change any details like From Account, amount, or the memo before submitting.
  2. On the mobile app, to use a Favourite simply tap on the star icon on the top right of the Transfers Funds page. You can edit any of the details before submitting.
