Forgot your username

Just select Forgot username from the login page and follow the instructions to recover it. If you have forgotten both your username and password, please contact us at 1.888.517.7000.

Change your username

How to do it

1. Sign in to digital banking
2. From the menu, select Security then Change Username
3. Follow the prompts on screen
4. When finished, you will be logged out of digital banking. To continue banking, just sign in again.

Please note, when you reset your username, your previous username will not able to be used again.

Set up biometric login

Simplify your login experience by setting up your phone’s biometric login features (if applicable).

How to do it

1. Follow your device's instructions for turning Fingerprint ID or Touch ID on
2. Sign in to the Coast Capital app
3. From the menu, select Security
4. Select Set up Fingerprint/Touch ID
