Manage login credentials
Recover your username
If you’ve forgotten your username, just select Forgot Username from the login page and follow the instructions to recover it. If you have forgotten both your username and password, please contact us.
Change your username
How to do it
- Sign in to digital banking
- From the menu, select Security then Change Username
- Follow the prompts on screen
- When finished, you will be logged out of digital banking. To continue banking, just sign in again.
Please note, when you reset your username, your previous username will not able to be used again.

Change your password
How to do it
- Sign in to digital banking
- From the menu, select Security then Change Password
- Follow the prompts on screen
- Enter the security code we sent to your mobile phone or email and select Confirm.

Reset your Personal Access Code (PAC)
A Personal Access Code (PAC) is a secret 7-digit code that is used to identify you when you call our Member Service Centre. If you have forgotten your PAC, you can create a new one.
How to do it
- Sign in to digital banking
- From the menu, select Security then Reset PAC
- Enter your new Personal Access Code. Make sure it meets all the listed requirements.
- Re-enter your new Personal Access Code
- Select Continue
- Review the details and select Confirm
- Enter the security code we send to your mobile phone or email and select Confirm
Set up biometric login
Simplify your login experience by setting up your phone’s biometric login features (if applicable).
How to do it
- Follow your device's instructions for turning Fingerprint ID or Touch ID on
- Sign in to the Coast Capital app
- From the menu, select Security
- Select Set up Fingerprint/Touch ID
