Updates to our
Contact Centre phone menu

We rolled out a new phone menu for our Contact Centre in fall 2019. For faster service, please have your member card and personal access code ready.

Check out some of the new options you’ll hear when you call us below.


Some of the enhancements include:

  • Once you dial into the Contact Centre, you’ll be prompted with two options off the top:
    • For Coast by Phone 24 hour Banking, press 1
      • If this selection is chosen, you will go right into the Coast by Phone telephone banking.
    • To speak with us directly, press 2
      • If this selection is chosen, you will be prompted to select from some options to get you the help you need
  • Once you select to speak with us directly, your new phone menu options will include:
    • A dedicated line to discuss your overall financial health, and how we can help improve it.
    • A dedicated line to speak about Online or Mobile banking as a second option
    • Commercial and Business Banking now has a direct line at option 3
    • Faster access to booking appointments in Branch through option 7
