Employee Behaviours

All employees are expected to consistently demonstrate five Employee Behaviours that support our culture.

Leader Behaviours

In addition to the Employee Behaviours, all People Leaders are also expected to consistently demonstrate three Leader Behaviours that support our culture. The Leader Behaviours are intended to directly enable the Employee Behaviours.

  1. Act Like an Owner. You understand how our business works, our strategy, our operating environment and how your team adds value for members. You take decisive action and empower collaboration to drive better outcomes.
  2. Be a Great People Leader. You lead with emotional intelligence, fostering psychological safety and trust. You set clear expectations, coach for results and celebrate achievements.
  3. Live Our Purpose. You embrace our purpose and proactively find ways for your team to contribute to our impact. You embed our purpose in your decisions.
