Coast Capital earns top marks for mobile banking experience, independent review finds

SURREY, B.C. – Coast Capital Savings provides the best overall mobile banking experience amongst Canadian credit unions and is in the top five for all financial institutions in Canada, edging out several large banks, according to Surviscor's 2019 Canadian Mobile Banking scorCard Review

Surviscor’s review is based on Coast Capital’s refreshed mobile banking app, which is launching to all members in the coming weeks after a successful pilot with staff in late spring. The app performed well in account information experience and account customization as noted by Surviscor.  Coast Capital will be releasing ongoing, iterative enhancements to the app to drive a superior digital banking experience for members, and will be also be releasing an improved online banking experience later this year
