Visit Facebook, Instagram or Twitter and post a promise to spread kindness.

Step 2

Don't forget the hashtag.

Add the hashtag #PinkShirtPromise.

Step 3
For every use of the hashtag #PinkShirtPromise, Coast Capital Savings and Shaw make a donation to Pink Shirt Day, up to $80,000, to support youth anti-bullying programs.
