Board Meetings

Credit Union Rules require that no fewer than 8 Board meetings will be held per year. Meetings are generally a full day and are held at the Help Headquarters. A portion of each regularly scheduled Board meeting is set aside for a directors-only session with the CEO, followed by a directors-only session without the CEO.

Planning Sessions

Two planning sessions are held each year for the Board and Executive to discuss strategy and the Annual Operating Plan.

Board and Committee Attendance
