We're reserving 9:30am - 10:30am at all open branches for seniors and members with compromised immune systems.

We have decided to limit branch hours or close locations effective. Click here for the full list of affected branches. If you’re feeling sick or have travelled outside Canada within the past 14 days, please do not come into our branches. We're happy to help you over the phone at 1.888.517.7000.

Member Financial Relief Program

To support our members through the financial hardships of COVID-19, we're now offering financial relief for personal and small business members on a case-by-case basis.

Some key features include

- Mortgage payment deferral for up to six months
- Payment deferral for personal and business loans and lines of credit for up to two months
- Waiving all fees related to deferral of payments on these products

Please note: interest will continue to accrue during the payment deferral period and will be added to the principal amount of the loan.

Alignment with the Public Health Agency of Canada

Our internal health advisory team is monitoring updates on COVID-19 and is following the latest recommendations provided by the Public Health Agency of Canada, who are working with local health authorities, and provincial and federal agencies to track and assess the spread of COVID-19.
Enhanced cleaning and sanitization in branches

In addition to our janitorial teams undertaking enhanced cleaning and disinfection of our branches every day, our branch staff are also disinfecting high-touch areas throughout the day, and we have installed hand sanitizer stations in our branches for use by both employees and members.
