Replacement Debit Card

Did you get a replacement debit card? All Coast Online® Banking services are linked to your debit card number. If you have received a replacement debit card, you'll need to follow these steps to continue banking online:

  • Log in to Coast Online Banking with your new debit card number and reset your Added Security Features.
  • For Coast Mobile Banking™, text STOP to COAST (26278) to remove your previous debit card number from your mobile device. Then log in to Coast Online Banking with your new debit card number and follow the steps to set up Coast Mobile Banking.
  • If you use the epost™ online bill service, follow these steps to reactivate epost and continue to view your bills.

Saving your debit card

For a faster and more convenient login, you can save your debit card number. Here's how:

  • Click the Save my debit card link in the green login box.
  • Enter a name and the debit card number (last 8 digits) you want to save. Click Submit.
  • Next time you log in, your debit card number will automatically display in the login box.
  • Only your debit card number will be stored, not your Personal Access Code (PAC)

Lost Debit Card

Call us at 1.888.517.7000 if your debit card is lost, stolen or you've noticed unauthorized activity on your account. If you’re calling during regular hours (Mon-Sat, 8am-8pm; Sun, 9am-5:30pm) , please select option 4 to speak to an agent. If you're calling after hours (Mon-Sat after 8pm, Sundays after 5:30pm or holidays), please select option 2.

Call 1.800.266.5662 to report a lost or stolen Coast Visa card. Help is available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week, including holidays.
